Our goal is to bring Turkish, Kurdish, Cypriot and Bulgarian communities together in a fun, healthy and engaging way. Since last years we organised 8 park and forest walks. We also added these events yoga,breath therapy, forest therapy and mindfulness. 

The great thing about walking is that it’s free, simple, accessible for all. Walking in green spaces has major benefits for physical and mental wellbeing. Even a gentle walk improves your strength in later life, especially for those living with a health condition.
